Abu Taymiyyah is from Ahlul-Bid’ah [Abu Khadeejah]
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شيخ
Is it correct to say that Abu Taymiyyah is an innovator from Ahlul Bid’ah?
And generally speaking, is it correct to say that anyone upon the manhaj of tamyee’ is an innovator just like those who are upon the manhaj of khurooj or tasawwuf?
Shaykh Abū Khadeejah :
Wa-alaikumus-salām-wa-rahmatullāhi-wa-barakātuhu.
Each case needs looking at. But yes he is from Ahlul-Bid’ah.
