Can we take the science of Ruqyah from Khalid al Habashi? [Sa’eed Rhana]

In shā Allah you’re doing well Shaykh Saeed, I had a question from a family member about Khalid Al Habshi/Hibshi the Raqi in Madinah I believe. The hal of Khalid Al Habshi/hibshi seems apparent as there is images that circulate with him and Abu Taymiyyah associating with one another. But in regards to the sciences of Ruqyah and seeking it from him and advice about it, is he someone permissible to go to for the affairs of sihr/ruqyah and it’s likes. Jazāk Allāhu Khayran.

Questioner : Can I share this in Shaa Allah?

Also can the 4th principle from Usool As-Sittah be applied against him specifically in regards to benefitting from his advice and experience in the fields of ruqyah, or would this principle be against him even in this field of knowledge as his hal apparently seems to be in opposition to Salafiyyah.
