Listening to white noises, to sounds in nature, or to the Qur’aan while working? [Sa’eed Rhana]

I hope you are well Shaykh. A brother asks, “What is the ruling on listening to white noise (like static noises)? And is it permissible to listen to things like ocean waves, rain, etc. as well?” He says that he listens to these whilst working as he can’t listen to Qur’aan while at work.
