The Sunnah of delaying Dhuhr on a hot day… [Sa’eed Rhana]

May Allāh preserve you Ustaadh.

Regarding the Sunnah of delaying the Dhuhr prayer on a hot day, for how long is it delayed? And how hot does it have to be to apply this Sunnah? Here in Florida, it commonly reaches temperatures around 80F, so this is considered hot elsewhere but normal here. So how should we know when to delay and how much to delay?
